Mandatory minimum national content requirement
To qualify for the "Portugal Sou Eu" label, the product and/or service must meet a minimum level of domestic content.

Identification of factors of production
It is necessary to specify the materials, components, labor, energy, and other elements that make up the product, along with their respective origins.
Documentary evidence
The company must present documents justifying the value and origin of the factors of production.
Commitment to the accuracy and currency of information
The information submitted must be true and auditable, and updated whenever there are relevant changes.

To register a product or service, it is necessary to calculate the domestic content, except in cases involving the “fast-track” (via verde) process or products made in Artisanal Production Units (with the exception of jewelry and watchmaking).
