Member companies can start using the Portugal Sou Eu seal after receiving the Declaration(s) of Conformity, simply by qualifying their products or services through an application available on the Portugal Sou Eu Portal http://portugalsoueu.pt/adesao.

You can apply to join the Portugal Sou Eu label for products and services online at this portal. It's a simple and intuitive process. AEP, AIP, APED and CAP will be able to provide the necessary information to help companies formalize their applications.

Joining the Portugal Sou Eu label is done online, starting with registration, submission of the application and sending the necessary documentation, followed by validation and communication of the result to the company, with the sending of the Declaration(s) of Conformity and the Membership Contract, as well as the advertising rules.

Products, handicrafts and services can join the Portugal Sou Eu Seal.

Commercial and catering establishments can join the Adhering Establishment Statute.

The awarding of the Portugal Sou Eu seal is managed operationally by AEP, AIP, APED and CAP, entities that are part of the program's Operational Body, so companies can choose the entity that seems most appropriate at the time of application.

The awarding of the Portugal Sou Eu Adherent Establishment Status is managed operationally by AEP, AIP, CAP, CCP and AHRESP, entities that are part of the program's Operational Body, so companies can opt for the entity that seems most appropriate at the time of application.

Control of the brand will be carried out by independent entities appointed by the Operational Body, which will visit the companies to verify and validate, a posteriori, the information provided at the time of signing up.

All products, crafts and services that meet the requirements can join.

Retail, mail order and internet establishments, as well as catering establishments that meet the requirements, can join.

Membership is done using the electronic forms available on this portal, which are provided to the company that registers and then activates the account.

The Portugal Sou Eu seal can be applied to products, handicrafts or services that have a current Declaration of Conformity issued by the Operational Body, as well as to communication media or materials that refer to the good or service qualified with the seal.

Payment of the annual stamp is included, renewable for the same period.

The Portugal Sou Eu logo can be applied wherever you like, for example on distribution vans, communication materials, etc. The seal can only be used on products or services qualified with the seal. The logo standards manual and a user manual are available.

In the case of the Adhering Establishment, we provide the Point of Sale Advertising (PLV) manual for applying the specific symbol in adhering establishments.

You can. Only products/services that meet the criteria for the seal will qualify. Only these can apply the Portugal Sou Eu logo.

The Technical Specifications of the Portuguese Quality Institute (IPQ) consider the % of National Incorporation to be the percentage of direct costs allocated to the production process of a given product or family of products, or to a given service or set of services that corresponds to the fraction of direct 'production' costs associated with exclusively national factors of production.

For products:

The overall value of national incorporation in the production process of a given product must be calculated according to the spreadsheet indicated in Annex A (normative) of the IPQ Technical Specification DNS4508:2012, according to the imputed value of national incorporation for each of the cost items relating to the production process.

For services:

The overall value of national incorporation in the process of a given service must be calculated according to the spreadsheet indicated in Annex A (normative) of IPQ Technical Specification DNS4534:2014, depending on the imputed value of national incorporation for each of the cost items referring to the service's production process.
