Have products or services with proven domestic content
The brand must market products or services that have already been qualified with the "Portugal Sou Eu" seal or are in the process of qualification.
Present an established corporate identity
The brand must be registered and linked to a company with a Portuguese Tax Identification Number (NIF) and economic activity relevant to the sector.
Commitment to valuing domestic production
The brand must commit to promoting the program's seal and values in its communication and positioning activities.
Compliance with applicable regulations
Participation is subject to the specific regulations for brands, involving mandatory documentation and defined criteria.
